Booking the Village Hall
If you would like to book the hall for an event, for example a children’s party, exercise/dance class, teaching class or celebration party, please call in the first instance Jean Robinson on 01754 810785. If Jean is unavailable, please call Paul Jones (chairman) on 07449 477272.
Currently there are no dance/exercise classes being held in Orby despite a population of c. 400, so there is a good opening for a class instructor here.
The Hall is equipped so that it can seat 60 people at tables (60 chairs, 10 large tables)
The kitchen has a cooker and fridge, has 60 place settings of crockery and cutlery as well as table clothes, tea towels etc.
BOOKING FEES
Booking fees for the hall are very reasonable. There is a minimum charge of £10 for the first hours hire. There will then be an additional charge of £5 per hour for any further hire time required.
